并且能够要保证没有任何一个投标人会得到一个优待。这是投标人会议在真正投标之前来进行的来去澄清,来去解释,来去让大家对这样一个信息有同步的认识。

人际关系团队技能中的谈判,是要去对一些信息做一个澄清,那么这个谈判跟咱们前面获取资源的谈判就不一样了而这个谈判更多就是一个真实的商务的谈判
