假设情景分析,根据假设情景分析的结果,评估项目进度计划在不利条件下的可行性,以及为应对意外情况的影响而准备进度基准和应对计划。

有两种方法,赶工快速跟进,赶工通过增加资源,以最小的成本增加来压缩进度工期,拿资源换时间,直接导致成本增加,快速跟进,将顺序进行的活动改为并行开展,拿风险换时间,直接导致风险增加,得到七个输出进度基准,项目进度计划,进度数据,项目日历变更请求,项目管理计划更新,项目文件更新。
