组织过程资产建设项目团队中会涉及一些激励理论,马斯洛需求层次理论,赫兹伯格的双因素理论,麦克雷格的XY理论,费洛姆的期望理论,麦克利兰的成就动机理论,如何掌握好激励理论,在项目管理的培训过程中,讲师会详细介绍,用到八个工具,集中办公,虚拟团队,沟通技术,人际关系与团队技能认可与奖励。 


团队建设活动并不是做一次就够,需要持续不断地开展,认可与奖励,对成员的优良行为给予认可与奖励。认可与奖励应该充分运用激励理论,只有能满足被奖励者的某个重要需求的奖励,才是有效的奖励。


奖励不仅仅是物质金钱方面的,还有无形的奖励。成员感受到自己在组织中的价值,并且可以通过奖励来体现价值,它们就会受到激励。应该在整个项目生命周期中尽可能的给予表彰,而不是等到项目完成时培训。当成员缺乏必要的技能时,应该给他提供培训,培训可以是计划内,也可以是计划外,得到六个输出,团队绩效评价,变更请求,项目管理计划更新,项目文件更新,事业环境因素更新,组织过程资产更新,评价的指标可以包括个人技能是否得到改进,团队能力是否得到改进,团队离职率是否下降,团队的凝聚力是否加强。 

Team building activities are not enough to do it once. They need to be continuously developed, recognized and rewarded, and recognize and reward the good behavior of members. Accreditation and rewards should make full use of incentive theory. Only rewards that meet an important need of the rewarded person are effective rewards.


Rewards are not just about material money, but also intangible rewards. Members feel their value in the organization and can demonstrate value through rewards, and they are motivated. Training should be given as much as possible throughout the life of the project, rather than waiting until the project is completed.


When a member lacks the necessary skills, he should be provided with training. The training can be planned or out of plan, with six outputs, team performance evaluation, change request, project management plan update, project file update, and business environment factors. Updates, organizational process asset updates, evaluation indicators can include whether individual skills are improved, team capabilities are improved, team turnover is reduced, and team cohesion is strengthened.


培训个人与团队评估会议集中办公也叫紧密矩阵,把团队成员安排在同一个物理地点办公,增强凝聚力。集中办公可以是临时的,也可以贯穿整个项目。实施集中办公策略,可以借助团队会议室张贴进度计划。
