识别风险,它属于风险管理知识领域规划过程组,过程定义是识别单个项目风险以及整体风险的来源,并记录其特征。识别风险并不是做一次就够,应该贯穿整个项目生命周期,还要鼓励所有相关人参与单个风险的识别,因为项目经理一个人并不能够全面识别风险。
