规划沟通管理，它对于信息都会有一些自己的要求或者需求，想办法去满足他的需求的话，可以这么做。所以可以去列一个沟通管理计划，来去响应他的这些对于信息的需求方面，首先看到的是规划沟通管理他的收入，一个是项目章程，因为在项目章程中可能会列出一些相关方的信息，以及包括它的一些角色指责，这样的话它的沟通诉求也是一个重要参考的对象。

接下来另外一个是项目管理计划中的资源管理计划和相关方参与计划，有人的地方就会有事情，所以项目资源管理中得了一些信息，后面在沟通中会做一个重要的呈现，然后是相关方参与计划，因为是跟人去跟相关搬来沟通，然后他的书中还有一些项目文件，一个是需求文件，这个需求文件中就会包含了相关方的一些重要的对沟通的需求信息。
